Daniel Hunt Fine Art was
founded in London in 1995 by Daniel Hunt and the gallery in Lower
Sloane Street, London, houses a wide and varied inventory of fine
quality works of art. Daniel has been an independent dealer for
15 years, having started his career with Guy Neville in the Fulham
Road. He has built up his business in the area of Sporting art
and has become one of the worlds leading dealers in this field.
His stock includes works by James Northcote, Francis Sartorious,
Clifton Tomson and Daniel Clowes to name a few. He also carries
a large inventory of Italian and Dutch Old Masters, Early British
paintings including fabulous Elizabethan and Jacobean portraits
and also some early marine paintings including works by Peter
Monamy. Daniel tends to concentrate on affordable paintings that
range in value from £1,000 to £50,000 although there
are other paintings in the gallery that exceed this level.
Daniel Hunt also acts
as an agent handling private collections around the country. He
offers a research service into the attribution of paintings as
well as advice on cleaning pictures and framing them. His gallery
is located in Chelsea, just off the Pimlico Road, and is easily
accessible from the West End.
